Established in 1982 when Fred Nash, Broker, and an associate decided that one necessary criteria to be successful was "to meet the people". Residing in Gunstock Acres in Gilford, they drove around Lake Winnipesaukee looking for a farmhouse near the main highway, to convert to a country store.
